Player service center

The staff working in the player service department of Glückskind-Sportmanagement needs above all a genuine interest in people, emotional intelligence as well as outstanding coordination and organization skills. Moreover, we require our employees a degree in a relevant field of study, an intensive in-house training or years of working experience in the field.

Our player service department is responsible for:

• After changing to another club, helping the player and his family to find and settle in a new home
• Supporting the player in planning and implementing his personal career plan
• Supporting the player with issues such as insurance and financial planning
• Providing coaching for all important skills and abilities off the pitch
• Organizing the media and public relations -related work in coordination with the club
• Integration of the players in the new environment
